Partial Databases
Partial Databases are simply standard Data Manager databases that are pre-populated with a subset of data pulled from your currently active database.
A partial database can contain all data from a single job, or from multiple jobs. Once created, Partial Databases can be used in exactly the same way as standard Data Manager databases.
This is useful if you have a main database containing many jobs, but you only want to send a field person information from one of those jobs.
Another example would be to create a partial database containing all jobs pertaining to a particular customer or facility.
Creating partial databases is simple. Just follow these steps:
1.Click the 'Create a Partial Database' button from the 'Home' tab.
2.Follow along the steps in the Wizard. The steps in the Wizard are:
1)Enter a name for the Partial Database
2)Choose a folder to store the new database
3)Select the Jobs to include in the Partial Database (includes all data associated with each selected job)
