Jobs
Data Manager stores the completed data collection forms in jobs that users setup within the Data Manager databases. Users are free to create an unlimited number of jobs in each of their databases, each containing detailed information and attachments data that is specific to that job.
Each job file can contain general information about each job, job notes, work scopes, recommendations and conclusions. Associated documents, images, drawings, and other electronic files can also be stored.
And, all of the job data can be included in any of the Data Manager data collection forms and custom reports.
