Data Collection is the heart of the Data Manager system. It is where users add and manage the data collection forms and the associated data that is collected and stored in the system. From the Data Collection Management screen, users can accomplish many tasks including: •Add, Edit, and Delete Forms and Data •Group, Filter, and Sorting Form Data •Import data from other Jobs - or from other databases •Copy and Move Forms from one Job to another •Preview, Print and Report on any combination of forms

Each Data Manager database can hold many different Jobs, and each of those jobs can hold a large number of data collection forms and associated data. Job data can include customer and project data, work scopes, recommendations and conclusions, notes, attached documents, images, drawings, and more.

Data Manager is very flexible in the way it handles data storage. Users are free to create and use an unlimited number of databases, each containing as many projects as desired.

Use the Preview, Print, and Reports tools to package your job data and associated documentation. Data Manager includes a powerful reporting system that allows users to generate reports based off any data.
